In the keynote speech session, Prof. Yong Zeng, IEEE Fellow from Southeast University, delivered a speech titledUAV Wireless Communication and Sensing in Complex Low‑Altitude Environment. He investigated wireless communication and sensing technologies for UAVs under complex low‑altitude conditions. Leveraging the Channel Knowledge Map (CKM), he realized environment‑aware communication and sensing, including LoS/NLoS identification, clutter rejection and localization, so as to achieve dual benefits for both communication and sensing. Prof. Dapeng Wu, national‑level talent from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, presentedFrom CPS to CPSS: Social Computing‑Empowered Network Modeling and Resource Scheduling. He discussed the evolution from Cyber‑Physical Systems to Cyber‑Physical‑Social Systems, carried out multi‑dimensional network modeling and resource scheduling empowered by social computing, and analyzed the influences of social relationships on network topology, service provisioning and resource allocation. Prof. Lin Chen from Macao Polytechnic University gave the reportEntanglement Distribution in Quantum Networks. Focusing on entanglement distribution in quantum networks, he conducted algorithmic analysis on two core research topics: optimal entanglement‑purification scheduling and minimum‑cost end‑to‑end entanglement paths under fidelity constraints. Prof. Chengchao Liang from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications presented6G Key Technologies: NTN Progress and Key Challenges. He reviewed the state‑of‑the‑art progress of 6G Non‑Terrestrial Networks, covered orbital characteristics, standard evolution, air‑interface design and intelligent orchestration, analyzed practical challenges such as high Doppler effects, autonomous PNT and spectrum sharing, and shared his team’s research on lightweight LEO access and simulation platforms.

Subsequently, oral presentations were conducted. Researchers from multiple domestic universities as well as Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich), Germany shared their latest findings on compression algorithms, data‑sharing schemes for the Internet of Vehicles, signal separation for software‑defined radio, millimeter‑wave short‑range communications, collaborative management in industrial IoT, trajectory and beam‑forming optimization for RIS‑UAV‑assisted V2X networks and other topics. The presentations covered cutting‑edge fields including UAV communications, 6G non‑terrestrial networks, quantum networks, industrial IoT and vehicular networks. Upon the conclusion of all presentations, the closing ceremony was held.
